Mr Masatoshi Ohara

Attorney-at-law, admitted in Japan (1979) and New York State (1986)

Masatoshi Ohara was admitted in Osaka Bar, Japan in 1979 and has had the privilege of practicing as a practitioner mainly in the area of competition Laws, corporate commercial laws, professional and products liability and dispute resolution procedures including litigation, arbitration, mediation. 

Mr Ohara also has been participating in the activities of Bar Associations and other public entities. He served as the president of Osaka Bar, a Vice president of Japan Federation of Bar Associations in 2017 and a Vice chairman of THE FRIENDS OF LAWASIA ASSOCIATION IN JAPAN for more than 20 years. 

Mr Ohara has been a member of the LAWASIA Executive Committee since 2022.
