Ms Ning Zhu

Ning Zhu is the Managing Partner of Chance Bridge Law Firm, with a legal career that began in 1996. She holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law and serves as an arbitrator. Her expertise focuses on capital markets, corporate finance and cross-border investment. She is a member of China Work Group of IBA, serves as a council member of the LAWASIA, and the Chair of the Financial Professional Committee of the "Belt and Road" Lawyers Alliance under the All China Lawyers Association, and an adjunct professor at Renmin University of China Law School. She is recognized by CBLJ as “The China’s Elites 100 Lawyers”and “Highly Regarded Lawyer in M&A” by IFLR1000.
