After a successful annual conference in Hanoi last October, LAWASIA and the Korean Bar Association are thrilled to announce that the 39th LAWASIA Conference 2026 will take place in Seoul, South Korea — a city where innovation meets tradition. The conference will be held from Monday, 14 September to Wednesday, 16 September 2026.

Under the theme “Global New Order – Challenges and Perspectives”, the Conference will provide a platform for bar leaders, jurists, professional organisations, and individual lawyers to exchange insights on the evolving legal landscape and the challenges facing the global legal community.

Designed to facilitate discussions on regional developments in law, the Conference will cover a wide range of topics including Family Law, Human Rights & Rule of Law, Business Law, Environmental Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property, and more.
