2nd Environmental Lawyers' Network Meeting

We are excited to announce the upcoming seminar on “Green Credits: Opportunities, Challenges, and Grey Areas in Law,” organised by the LAWASIA Environmental Lawyers Network.  The seminar will take place on Friday, 27th September 2024, online via Zoom.
 
This seminar will offer an in-depth exploration of green credits — a vital component in the global movement towards sustainability. Our expert panel will provide an overview of green credits, examine legal frameworks governing green credits, discuss common challenges, and shed light on the grey areas that continue to impact legal professionals across jurisdictions.
