Registration fees includes all conference materials, attendance to session, lunch, morning, afternoon teas according to the program, tickets to the welcome reception and tickets to the conference dinner.

 

Additional tickets to the social functions (welcome reception and farewell conference dinner) may be purchased for accompanying persons. Please see registration form.

 

The conference dinner will not include beverages.  Delegates will be able to purchase these separately.

All other cost including but not limited to accommodation, airfares, visa fees, transportation and meals shall be borne by the participant (including speakers). The conference, host organisation and organisers will not be held liable for costs under any circumstances

Member: this rate is available to 2009/2010 financial LAWASIA members.  2008/2009 members will need to renew membership before this rate can be accessed.  You may choose to join LAWASIA before registering so that you can access the discounted member rate.  Your member rate for the conference is determined at the rate you pay for renewal and will vary depending on the region you come from.  More information about different LAWASIA member categories can be found here.

Non members: this rate is for those who are not current financial members of LAWASIA and do not wish to renew or join.

Speakers: this rate may be accessed by speakers only.  If you are unsure of your status as a speaker, please feel free to contact the LAWASIA secretariat by email lawasia@lawasia.asn.au

Office holders and life members: this rate may be accessed by nominated members of the LAWASIA Council, ExCo members and LAWASIA life members.
