Join us for the 7th LAWASIA Labour Law Conference.

Attendees will benefit from topical papers addressing three primary topics:

  • the labour law rights of migrant workers including illegal immigrants; and
  • China's new labour laws;
  • the practical difficulties in litigating employment issues.

Speakers from Hong Kong, People's Republic of China, Malaysia, Australia, Bangladesh, Japan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and New Zealand will explore these issues. 

Your host, LAWASIA, the Law Association for the Asia Pacific, is an international organisation of lawyers' association, individual lawyers, judges and legal academics, and others which focuses on the interests and concerns of the legal profession in the Asia Pacific region. LAWASIA's main objective is to foster professional and business relations between lawyers, businesses and government representatives in the Asia Pacific region. One of the means by which LAWASIA meets this objective is through the facilitation of conferences such as this.
