Need CPD points?  You may be entitled by attending LAWASIA’s 22nd Conference

We are proud to announce that the 22nd LAWASIA Conference has secured CPD accreditation for members of some of the following associations and societies in the region.

Bar Association of Queensland - 1 CPD point per hour of attendance in the non-allocated strand. The accreditation code is Contact: qldbar@qldbar.asn.au

New South Wales Bar Association - 1 CPD point per hour of attendance, with a maximum of 6 points to be claimed. This excludes breaks. Contact: cpd@nswbar.asn.au

The Victorian Bar - attendees receive 1 CPD point per hour up to a maximum of 5 in the fields of Professional Skills and Substantive Law.
 

The following societies and bar association have schemes based on self-assessment.  If you are a member of any of the following, you may be entitled to CPD points by attending the LAWASIA 21st Conference.

Queensland Law Society - Practitioners are welcome to self assess CPD points for this conference at 1 CPD point per hour. Contact: cpd@qls.com.au

Law Society of the Northern Territory - If this particular educational activity is relevant to your current or future needs in relation to your professional development and practice of law, then you should claim one point for each hour of attendance (maximum of 6 CPD points) Contact: pdo@lawsocnt.asn.au

Law Society of New South Wales - If this particular educational activity is relevant to your immediate or long term needs in relation to your professional development and practice of the law, then you should claim one "unit” for each hour of attendance, refreshment breaks not included. Contact: registry@lawsocnsw.asn.au
 
WA Practitioners - The conference is approved for CPD points as allocated in the table supplied with your application with the understanding that Western Australian Practitioners are eligible to claim a maximum of 7 CPD points from those available.
 
The Law Society of Hong Kong - has accredited the conference with the following CPD points
