Visa Information

• Please be reminded that some international delegates and speakers may be required to have a valid visa to enter Vietnam.  We ask delegates and speakers make their own enquiries as to whether a visa is required and their own arrangements for visa application.  In some cases a letter of invitation from hosts in Vietnam may be needed to support application.   Should you require a letter of invitation please contact us by return email and provide us the date of issue and the date of expiry of your passport.  Passport name, nationality and number have already been supplied with your registration.  Hosts in Vietnam will issue the letter with these all details included.  As this may take a few days, we ask that you alllow time for this to be supplied.
