The Law Management Section of LAWASIA was launched at the 22^nd LAWASIA Conference in Ho Chi Minh City, in November 2009

The aims of the LAWASIA Law Management Section are:

• To promote increased awareness and understanding of law practice management principles and management best practice throughout the region;

• To develop a forum for the exchange of law practice management information and expertise;

• To develop a relationship and to provide a link between law practice management groups and committees of the professional law societies and associations throughout the region.

• To be a reference point for LAWASIA, for LAWASIA countries, for LAWASIA sections and for LAWASIA members on issues pertaining to law practice management

Initiatives:

The Section conducted a highly successful and popular webinar presentation on 14 April 2010, with Kriss Will, of Kriss Will Consulting - Melbourne, presenting on How to Give Effective Feedback to Lawyers.  A recording of this presentation is freely available for download.  To download your copy, click here.   A number of additional resources from this presentation are also available, including the presentation slides, on the Kriss Will Consulting Website.  Click here to access these materials.
